Who will deliver my parcel?
Shipping takes place by DHL, UPS or GLS. Which service provider is used for shipment depends on the size of the package and the destination.
Is there a minimum order value?
No, no matter how big or small your order is. We are always happy to receive it!
Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
During the order process, stating an invoice address different from the delivery address is possible.
How long does the delivery take?
The delivery time of items in stock is 3-7 working days - depending on where the package is going to. We pack and ship the items within 24 hours. The delivery time for the configurable doormats is up to 14 days.
How do I know if the items are available?
As soon as an item is displayed in the shop you can assume that the item is available. Item availability is updated on a daily basis. Should an item not be in stock, ordering it will also not be possible.
