For these product groups, we grant our customers a manufacturer's warranty of 5 years from the date of purchase throughout Europe. In order to claim warranty services, customers must keep the original receipt or invoice and present it to us when claiming warranty.

If manufacturing or material defects occur during the warranty period that affect the function, we will replace the defective goods with non-defective goods free of charge. Any shipping and transport costs incurred shall be borne by the customer. In case of defective goods, please contact our customer service at [email protected]. In order to ensure the fastest possible service, we would like to ask you to also send us a detailed description of the cause of the damage and photo documentation.
